Refund & Termination Policy

Refund Eligibility

Students are eligible for a full refund for any paid lesson that has not being. Only if provided the lesson has not been taken and request of termination is applied. Once a lesson has been completed, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued at any time at the sole discretion of the instructor, as long as the lesson has not occurred.

Lesson Usage

• A lesson is considered “taken” once it has been completed, attended, or partially attended.

• Missed lessons without prior notice may be considered taken and therefore non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Contract Termination

Either the student or the instructor may terminate the lesson contract by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Effect of Termination

• Any unused, prepaid lessons scheduled after the 30-day notice period will be refunded.

• Lessons scheduled or completed within the 30-day notice period will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
